Streams Of Life Deliverance World Assembly
The vision of Streams of Life Deliverance World Assembly was divinely birthed in the year 2017 through a profound encounter with God. The name of the ministry was not humanly conceived, but given by divine instruction, drawn from the scripture:
John 7:38 (Good News Version) "Whoever believes in me, as the scripture has said, streams of life-giving water will flow out from his heart."
This scripture became the foundation and prophetic identity of the ministry — a divine mandate to bring life, healing, and restoration to humanity through the power of the Holy Spirit.
At the early stage of this divine assignment, God also gave clear direction concerning spiritual covering, revealing who the spiritual father would be — a key part of alignment, mentorship, and spiritual growth for the vision. Following this divine instruction, we entered into an intense season of marathon prayer and fasting, seeking the face of God for clarity and precision in the assignment. During this period, three major questions were laid before the Lord:
- What kind of ministry are we called to operate?
- Where is the location of the ministry?
- When is the appointed time to begin?
In the process of seeking God, a defining and unforgettable encounter occurred on December 27, 2017. During this encounter with the Holy Spirit, a powerful manifestation took place: there was a strong wind, within the wind was a cloud, inside the cloud was fire, and within the fire came a sound — a thunderous yet gentle and sweet voice.
From within this divine atmosphere, the voice of the Lord began to speak clearly concerning the vision and mandate of the ministry. The Lord revealed that the assignment would be characterized by:
This encounter marked a turning point. From that day forward, the vision became clearer, stronger, and deeply rooted in divine revelation. By the grace of God, the Lord gave specific instructions on how the ministry should operate — how to carry out the assignment, how to structure encounters, and how to raise people who would walk in power, authority, and divine purpose.
In the fullness of time, on the 3rd of June 2020, the ministry officially began with a humble gathering of five people — the founder, his wife, and three others. What started as a small beginning has grown by the faithfulness and grace of God.
Meet the Founder
Joseph Ogboji is a Senior Apostle and the Founder of Streams of Life Deliverance World Assembly, based in Abuja, Nigeria. He is an apostolic leader, a prophetic voice, a teacher of sound doctrine, and a deliverance minister with a divine mandate to restore men and women from spiritual bondage into their God-ordained purpose and kingdom relevance.
His ministry is marked by a deep passion for prayer, the manifestation of God's power, and the raising of believers who walk in authority, dominion, and supernatural results. Through revelatory teaching, prophetic insight, and the demonstration of the Holy Spirit, countless lives have been transformed, destinies restored, and captives set free.
He is married to Mrs. Christiana Joseph, and they are blessed with two children — a son and a daughter.
